Hilltop Beef

We know you will love our beef & pork. All our animals are pasture raised and spend their lives on our ranch. Our beef is dry aged for a full delicious flavor. We never use hormones, steroids or antibiotics in any of our animals used for sale on the ranch. We want to serve our customers well and work to provide quality beef that is healthy & delicious. You can choose from 2 different types of beef. 

100% Grassfed - Our grass finished beef is raised the same as our grain finished. They are calves harvested that are born & raised on our ranch. They feed on a variety of native grasses their whole lives. Our grass finished beef is never given any grains but are fattened longer on our native grasses.

Grain finished - Our grain finished beef is raised the same as our grass finished beef. The calves are born & raised on our ranch their whole lives. They feed on a variety of native grasses their whole lives. The last 3 months of their lives before harvest they are given a highly nutritious diet of grains in addition to continuing to graze on grass. The grains help to give their meat a nice marbling in their muscle to finish them with a delicious taste.
