How to Make the Perfect Wake Up Casserole

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Frozen Pre-Cooked Potato Patties
  • 7 Eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

First, gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then, brown the breakfast sausage until browned. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and spices. Spray pan with non-stick spray. Layer potatoes on bottom of 9 X 13 pan just cover the bottom of the pan. Next spread crumbled cooked breakfast sausage on top of the potatoes. Top with cheese and pour egg mixtures over the top of all. Bake 1 hour & the edges are slightly browned. You've got yourself a delicious Wake Up Casserole.

*This dish can be made the night before. Just assemble ingredients in pan. Cover & place in the refrigerator. Pull our the next morning & bake according to directions.
